Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Velora. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective, as they are produced specifically for each order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
