FAQ

What is the return policy?

For eligible purchases, customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Some products may be excluded where a legal exception applies, including goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please 14-day right of withdrawal us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Are any purchases final sale?

Since each product is custom-made after the order is placed, all purchases are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.

If there is any problem, please contact us and we will make it right.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe/USA: 5–9 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are produced through our fulfillment partner using print-on-demand technology.

Orders are produced in the nearest available production facility, typically in Europe or the United States, to ensure faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend on your location:

• Europe: €4.99
